HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – There was no single winner of the 20-cent Rainbow 6 Thursday at Gulfstream Park, growing the carryover jackpot to $316,765.53 for Friday’s 10-race program.
First race post time is 12:35 p.m.
One horse, Michel Arrieta-trained Putman, was live to take down the jackpot heading into Thursday’s 10th-race finale, won by Beinfun ($5.40). Multiple tickets with all six winners Thursday each returned $7,265.54.
The carryover jackpot is only paid out when there is a single unique ticket sold with all six winners. On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to those bettors holding tickets with the most winners while 30 percent is carried over to the jackpot pool.
Friday’s Rainbow 6 sequence spans Races 5-10. There will also be a carryover of $3,854.52 in the $1 Super Hi-5 for Race 1.
