Yes to a 14-Horse Kentucky Derby Field

I realize I’m in the minority here, and that it is likely never going to happen, but I agree with both Gary Stevens and Mike Smith. That puts me in pretty good company minority and all.

I’ve written several times and have been quoted as saying I prefer the 14 horse Kentucky Derby field. Less traffic, safer, best horse will win more, and the handle won’t be affected much if at all. Seems like a.no brainer to me.
