LEXINGTON, Ky.—Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association is postponing a Zoom webinar that planned to focus on the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority’s Anti-Doping and Medication Control Program, because of the recent Federal Trade Commission Order December 12, 2022 disapproving the proposed rule submitted by the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority.
Although the webinar portion of this meeting is being postponed until further clarity is available on the situation, NYTHA will proceed with the in-person portion of this meeting.
This in-person only meeting will feature Mary Scollay, Chief of Science for the Horseracing Integrity and Welfare Unit on Wednesday, December 14 at NOON ET in the Belmont Cafe in the Belmont Park grandstand. All horsemen are invited to attend.
