Forte Returns in Fountain of Youth, Loaded Gotham Field & Santa Anita

Fountain of Youth – Forte returns to the track following his 2-year-old championship season. What should we expect from the Todd Pletcher trainee in his first start at 3 years old? Blazing Sevens for Chad Brown is also entered here, showing he’s not afraid to take on the big boys.
San Felipe – A competitive field signed on here with a few horses coming out of the Bob Baffert barn. Weather may play a factor here due to possible missed training sessions. There was snow in Los Angeles recently. Jeff and Jon share their top picks in the San Felipe. Hejazi and others should have a good showing.
Gotham – 15 horses are entered in the Gotham at Aqueduct on Saturday for which proves to be a competitive rendition of the race. Logan Knight, winner of the Jerome last time out signs back on here though he’s listed as the morning line third or fourth choice. A few Brad Cox horses, Slip Mahoney and Eyeing Clover are entered here as are two horses transferred out of the Baffert barn in hopes of earning Kentucky Derby points.
