Racing & Gaming Conference At Saratoga Confirms Speakers

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y.—More than 50 experts from across the country are confirmed to speak at the Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga (RGCS), which takes place Aug. 15-17 at the Saratoga Hilton in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.
