Keeneland Supplements Skeptic to Book 1 Breeding Stock Sale; 25 to Racing Age Sale

• G3 Winner Skeptic Supplemented to Book 1 Breeding Stock Sale
• 25 horses added to November Horses of Racing Age Sale including Ethereal Road, Mackinnon

LEXINGTON, Ky– Keeneland has announced that Monmouth Oaks (G3) winner Skeptic, a daughter of Tiznow who is in foal to Liam’s Map, has been supplemented to Book 1 of the Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale on Nov. 7. In addition, 25 horses – including Grade 1-placed Mackinnon, 2022 graded stakes winners L’Imperator (FR) and Sacred Life (FR) and recent Keeneland winner Trademark – have been supplemented to the November Horses of Racing Age Sale on Nov. 17.

Lane’s End, agent, consigns Skeptic, who is from the family of Grade 1 winner Gemologist and Grade 2 winner Withallprobability. A full sister to stakes winner I’m Your Father, Skeptic is out of Clear Thinking, by Awesome Again.

Book 1 begins at 1 p.m. ET.

Horses of Racing Age Sale supplements

Keeneland will hold the Horses of Racing Age Sale the day after the conclusion of the Breeding Stock Sale. The single-session auction for racehorses will start at noon to enable trainers and racing entities to complete their morning activities before the sale.

The online catalog for the November Horses of Racing Age Sale features Daily Racing Form and Equibase past performances along with Thoro-graph and Ragozin sheets, race replays and more. Horses will be presented for sale at Keeneland but may be offered from off-site locations upon request.

A print catalog for the sale with Equibase past performances for the entrants will be available at Keeneland by Oct. 31.

Horses being supplemented are:

Always Laughing, a 2-year-old filly by Mastery who opened her career at Saratoga against Netjets Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) pre-entrant Chocolate Gelato. She is out of Just Joking, by Distorted Humor, and from the family of champion Safely Kept and Grade 2 winner Venetian Harbor. Consigned by Indian Creek, agent, Always Laughing is cataloged as a racing or broodmare prospect.

American Linda, a 3-year-old filly by American Pharoah from the family of Grade 1 winner Love Lock and Grade 3 winner Stallwalkin’ Dude. Out of stakes-placed Linda Mimi, by Congrats, American Linda is consigned by Mill Ridge Sales, agent, and cataloged as a racing or broodmare prospect.

Bamberooski, a 2-year-old filly by Empire Maker out of stakes winner Free as a Bird, by Hard Spun. She is from the family of Grade 1 winner Pompeii and Grade 3 winners Take the Cake and Ground Storm. Consigned by Highgate Sales, agent, Bamberooski is cataloged as a racing or broodmare prospect.

Bethpage, a 3-year-old filly by More Than Ready out of the Tiznow mare The Crane, a daughter of Grade 1 winner Harmony Lodge. Ethereal Road, a 3-year-old colt by Quality Road who this year was second in the Rebel (G2) and won the Sir Barton Stakes Sponsored by Brandon and Diannah Perry to Benefit the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance. A half-brother to Grade 3 winner Turned Aside, he is out of the winning Grade 3-placed War Front mare Sustained. Paramount Sales, agent, consigns Ethereal Road as a racing or stallion prospect.

Evoking, a 4-year-old filly by Union Rags who won her career debut at Belmont Park. Mackinnon, a stakes-winning, 3-year-old colt by American Pharoah out of the stakes-placed Scat Daddy mare Scat Means Go. Winner of the 2021 Zuma Beach at Santa Anita and Del Mar Juvenile Turf and third in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf (G1), he was second in the Oct. 2 Hill Prince (G2) at Belmont at the Big A. Therideofalifetime, a 4-year-old winning, Grade 2-placed colt by Candy Ride (ARG) who is out of stakes winner Cosmic Evolution, by Proud Citizen. He is from the family of Grade/Group 2 winners Bio, Naissance Royal (IRE) and Al Hakeem. Paramount Sales, agent, consigns Therideofalifetime, who is cataloged as a racing or stallion prospect.

Trademark, a 3-year-old gelding by Upstart who on Oct. 20 won a Keeneland allowance race by 3¾ lengths. A winner in two consecutive races at 2 at Churchill Downs by a combined 8 lengths, he is out of Creative Trick, by Creative Cause. Trademark is consigned by Royal Oak Farm (Damian and Braxton Lynch), agent for BBN Racing.

These supplements increase the total number of horses cataloged to the sale to 320.
