Tomas Mejia was banned 10 years and fined $5000.00 for using an electrical shocking device, also called a buzzer, machine or battery, on Strongerthanuknow in a winning race at Monmouth park on September 3rd, 2021. The horse was trained by Jorge Duarte Jr. and owned by Colts Neck Stable. Inexcusable.
