Ok, NYRA BETS you get a big, and we mean big LOW FIVE here. You guys block out your racing from competitors to try and get some exclusive coverage and drive people to NYRA BETS with a mandatory Empire 6 Payout and 5% rebate that you don’t say when it will be deposited into customer accounts, we get what you were trying to do. We don’t agree but get it. Here is the EPIC FAIL and LOW FIVE! Your entire site crashed 2pm on Saturday, balances disappear, showing ZERO, customers can’t bet through your site, phone operators don’t answer the phone, live chat is useless, and the Pick 6 starts before things are back to normal. EPIC FAIL, poor preparation , no love for your customers, and a LOW FIVE!
