Ex Jockey Arrested In Human Sex Trafficking Sting

Seven men were arrested in Louisville, Kentucky during a undercover investigation that were responding to fake ads that had been set up in multiple locations on the internet. The suspects contacted undercover investigators that posed as minors that arranged to engage in various sexual acts with underage girls.

The suspects then arrived at the pre determined meeting locations after reaching agreements over the phone for sex in exchange for money. Of the seven suspects that were arrested according to LMPD was ex jockey Fabio Arguello 47 years old who was on the board of directors at the Backside Learning Center located at Churchill Downs at the time. Arguello joined the board of directors five months ago according to sources. The Backside Learning center is a non profit that works with equine workers and their families. Arguello has been removed from the board since Churchill Downs first heard of the news.

All seven suspects are facing multiple charges including the promotion of human trafficking and using electronic devices to lure minors for illegal purposes.
