The 2024 OBS March Sale of Two Year Olds in Training begins Tuesday, March 12th. A total of 849 juveniles are cataloged for the three-day sale, including 41 two year olds for the complete dispersal of prominent breeding and racing Lothenbach Stables, Inc. The catalog can be viewed via the OBS website.
The sale is set for Tuesday March 12th through Thursday March 14th, with all sessions starting at 11:00 a.m. Hips 1 – 284 will sell Tuesday; Hips 285 – 568 on Wednesday and Hips 569 – 853 on Thursday.
At the Under Tack Show, Hip No. 788, a daughter of Win Win Win consigned by Ocala Stud, sped a quarter in a track record equaling :20 1/5. The bay filly is out of Unanimity, by Union Rags, from the family of grade one stakes winner Discreet Cat. walk/breeze video
Two horses shared honors for the fastest eighth, clocked in :9 3/5.
