Opening day Saratoga 2023. It is almost like Christmas for the horse player and horse racing fan alike. One of the premiere meets in the horse racing world filled with history, epic races and performances, legendary horses, trainers and jockeys. Of course you can’t talk about Saratoga without the famous upsets like Upset himself beating Man O War in just the 7th running of The Sanford Stakes way back on August 13th, 1919. Ah, the graveyard of favorites, music to our ears.
