We talk about cooperating and reform, and reject the Horse Racing Integrity Act and bringing in the Federal Government ……but on a stakes filled Saturday we can’t even manage to stagger post times. All day long we ran on top of each other across the country and even in different time zones. Comical. Clueless. Chaos. Big Low Five and an epic fail on that.
