So while they race at Santa Anita you hear crickets from the CHRB. We did a video on it, Hall of Fame jockey Mike Smith wrote a letter on it. Ray Paulick tabled it. The new whip rules remain in effect despite riders claiming it is dangerous and they are at risk as are the horses. Low Five CHRB!
