Low Five to the stewards at Gulfstream Park for a bad no DQ nearing the wire inn the stake. You all know the race. Low Five Santa Anita stewards also. Not quite sure how they decided to take down the 4.

High Five Larry Rivelli. Anytime you can win any race let alone a tough heat like the last race at Gulfstream Sunday off a one year lay-off, you deserve a shout out! Another High Five Umberto Rispoli, a fine ride to win the Santa Anita finale on Sunday.

High Five Umberto Rispoli. We High Fived him a few days ago for some nice rides and getting on the board in some stakes. We said it would not be long until he was in the winners circle here in the US. He gave a nice ride to get that first win on Musawaat to take the night cap at Santa Anita Wednesday. High Five to Shug also for calling it the way it is with the entire Eclipse voting process. A flawed system to put it mildly.

Ron Loooch of Loooch Racing gets a Low Five for the worst take on the “Irad Ortiz” ride in the last race at Gulfstream Saturday. It appears there are a few people who do not get just what race riding is, and what “an assist” is. There by definition is a difference.
