Yet again two analysts or commentators who shall remain nameless stated look at how big that turf course is at Belmont, it is massive. The only issue was they were looking at Aqueduct…. Oh well.

Defunded gets left at the gate in the Californian, wins anyway from dead last! Proxy rallies late and gets up to win the Oaklawn Handicap under Joel Rosario in the last jump. Steve Asmussen breaks yet another Oaklawn Park stakes record with Red Route One who also gets a win and you’re in to The Preakness after taking the Bath House Row. HIGH FIVES to all!
High Five!
Disarm works his way into the Kentucky Derby top 20 without winning the Lexington. Third was good enough, well played, HIGH FIVE! In Italian is back and as good as ever! HIGH FIVE! Twilight Gleaming learned how to sit and get five and a half furlongs! HIGH FIVE!

An analyst who shall remain nameless says this during the Keeneland broadcast. Just when they don’t bet him he wins. Well, he was 2-1 second choice to an odds on horse from the same barn. We’d say they bet him. Oh well…..
High Five!
HIGH FIVES to all the winners on a beautiful opening day at Keeneland. What a ride by Tyler Gaffalione in the last aboard Hay Stack, came again to beat Irad who also rode lights out. Another great ride in the 8th, The Transylvania by Luis Saez on Mo Stash. Ken McPeek did it again with Defining Purpose at a big proce in The Ashland. Corona Bolt looks like a racehorse for Brad Cox!
