Hialeah Park is a beautiful historic racecourse. There was a time it was one of the premiere meets in the country.
They have had their battles, and a lot go against them, but the Brunetti family, long-time owners of the track, have kept fighting and staying alive. I’d love to see the place renovated, but keep the historic feel and atmosphere. At least the Brunettis are thinking outside the box and staying in the fight.
I’ve enjoyed many a great day and race there. I hope too again however unlikely that may be.
