Lexington, Ky. – Tickets to the 53rd Annual Eclipse Awards, which will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at The Breakers Palm Beach are officially on sale. The event, honoring the 2023 Champions of Thoroughbred racing, is presented by the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA), Daily Racing Form, and the National Turf Writers And Broadcasters (NTWAB).
After an exciting year of racing, the Eclipse Awards will return for the second consecutive year at The Breakers Palm Beach, with co-hosts Britney Eurton, Acacia Courtney Clement, and Nick Luck presiding over the show and Caton Bredar again serving as the Ceremony Announcer. Since 1971, the Eclipse Awards have bestowed horses and individuals the honor of champion in their respective categories.

Surprisingly there is a peep about what horses have been or considered nominees for this years awards. Is racing that disorganized?
They don’t announce the finalists until the first week of January. NTRA ran a Top Thoroughbred Poll and a 3YO Poll voted upon by many of the same people who vote for the Eclipse Nominees/Finalists/Winners. NTRA, NTWAB and DRF are the voting bodies.
