Eduardo Cofino (Eddie C) comes from Spanish descent, from a small coastal Provence in Northwest Spain, called Asturias. He was raised in Kensington, Md just outside of Washington, D.C. Eduardo graduated from Elon University in North Carolina. Eddie has always been passionate about his sports and ultimately became a Golf Professional which took him to Miami Florida.
Eddie’s love and involvement with Horse Racing spand back over 40 years. He has been a fan, horse player, writer and racing analyst. His “Notebook Picks” have been popular in the industry since he launched them at Saratoga 8 years ago. Today he offers them during the Gulfstream Park Championship and Saratoga Summer meets along with select other big racing days.
