
Ben Baugh has been writing about Thoroughbred racing for more than 25 years. A past winner of the Raleigh Burroughs Award, his work has appeared in many of the industry’s leading publications. A former intern at Thoroughbred Racing Communications, he also had an opportunity to learn about the industry while working at Adena Springs South and Crupi’s New Castle Farm. He is a graduate of Ashland University in north central Ohio and is a member of the National Turf Writers and Association of Broadcasters.
A resident of Reddick, Fla., just north of Ocala, he can often be found at an equestrian sport venue.
