NYRA highlights new food and beverage offerings for 2025 summer meet

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) today announced a variety of new offerings as part of the food and beverage lineup for the 40-day summer meet at historic Saratoga Race Course.
The Saratoga Sunrise, the official cocktail of Saratoga Race Course, has undergone a refreshing change in 2025. Thirst-quenching lemonade has replaced orange juice in the recipe to complement Belvedere organic pure vodka, grenadine and a lemon garnish.
The Saratoga Sunrise will be available in premium dining locations and at concessions throughout the track in addition to the Belmont Jewel, the official cocktail of the Belmont Stakes. Made with Redemption bourbon, pomegranate juice and lemonade, the drink will be available at the Jim Dandy bar, presented by Redemption bourbon, among other locations.
Saratoga Race Course will feature a variety of new and returning spirits and wines, including Bulleit Bourbon; Casamigos and Tres Agaves Tequila; Hendrick’s Gin; Mount Gay Rum; Moët & Chandon Champagne; Mionetto Prosecco; Josh Cellars, Ruffino and Joel Gott Wines, including a light pinot grigio from Ménage à Trois; and Albany-based ALB Vodka.
Additional New York-based beverages, featured within the Taste NY Pavilion every Thursday through Sunday, include craft beer from Saratoga Springs-based Whitman Brewing Co.; local spirits from New Scotland and Pick Six; Finger Lakes wines from Keuka Spring Vineyards; and RTD cocktails from Social Hour and Hinny Hard seltzer.
Surfside and its award-winning RTD cocktails return to Saratoga alongside High Noon, available at the High Noon Clubhouse Grill, and NUTRL, available throughout the track and at the Michelob Ultra Stretch.
Market newcomer Subourbon Life features a line of premium, non-carbonated RTD Bourbon-based cocktails, including Bourbon and Pink Lemonade; Bourbon Iced Tea and Lemonade; and the Bourbon Margarita, comprised of Bourbon, lime and a touch of citrus. Each innovative option is available at the Subourbon Beverage Express adjacent to the Finish Line Bar and Grill.
Miller Lite returns as the official domestic beer of Saratoga Race Course alongside official import Modelo.
Extensive new food lineup featured at carts, concessions and premium dining
A delicious selection of food will be offered including a range of new portable concession carts, courtesy of NYRA’s hospitality partner Levy Restaurants.
Along with their convenience, the five newly redesigned carts will debut trackside, including:
• Union Ave Grill featuring sweet sausage with roasted tomato and onion piperade.
• Toga Gyros showcases a vegetarian favorite with crispy falafel bites paired with a refreshing cucumber yogurt sauce.
• Taco Republic offers chicken carnitas tacos, slow-braised and pulled, layered with pico de gallo, salsa verde, and cilantro on warm flour tortillas.
• Capital Q features a slow-smoked BBQ brisket panini with barbecue sauce, crispy onions, and pickled jalapeños.
• The deli best fan favorite Carnegie Hot Dog Cart features a spicy all-beef sausage dressed with classic toppings: Dusseldorf mustard, relish, sauerkraut, chopped raw onions, and a NY pushcart onion sauce.
Those looking for coastal flavors can voyage to the Surfside Chowder Shack. Loaded chowder fries are available alongside creamy clam chowder and crisp clam strips.
Fans can also enjoy the Shrimp Roll which combines chilled shrimp salad with celery, dill, and lemon on a traditional New England roll.
The High Noon Clubhouse Grill delivers big flavor for every palate, highlighted by the Saratoga Turkey Roll made with roasted turkey, applewood bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, and tomato on a French roll. Another popular choice is the BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich featuring a slow-smoked chicken with BBQ sauce, crispy onions, and pickled jalapeños.
At the Finish Line Grill, fans can enjoy an assortment of track favorites. The Carolina Pulled Pork Sandwich is topped with Carolina Gold BBQ sauce, crispy onions, and jalapeños on a potato bun. A Toga Chicken Tender Bucket is available with classic, Buffalo, or cheese seasoning.
Gluten-free options at Saratoga include the ELT Press, a creative vegetarian sandwich with eggplant bacon, romaine leaf, and thyme-roasted tomatoes, available at the High Noon Clubhouse Grill alongside a classic favorite, Tomato Basil Soup. Taco Republic features customizable and flavorful Chicken/Beef or Fajita Nachos while fans can snack on Hal’s NY Kettle Chips, available at concessions throughout the track.
Fans can elevate their culinary experience with premium selections and shareable plates. Available at the Finish Line Grill and in the box seating area, fans can choose Beef Tenderloin Sliders featuring Pat LaFrieda beef, maitre d’ butter and crispy onions. The Brauhaus Pretzel, a giant warm Bavarian pretzel served with white cheddar béchamel sauce and whole grain mustard, can be found at the Porch and Michelob Ultra Stretch. Also available at the Ultra Stretch and Casamigos Spa Verandas are Empanada Duo by Nuchas. The famous NYC-renowned Nuchas Empanadas come with a choice of chicken, beef, or vegetables.
Each of Saratoga’s premium dining restaurants will offer a Cookie Crumz Platter, featuring creative artisanal cookies in two varieties from Astoria’s Cookie Crumz Bakery: Chunky Dunk Chocolate Chip and Smooth Like Red Velvet.
Additionally, at the Porch and Turf Terrace, Summer Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta comprised of Seasonal Stone Fruit and Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta served with herb crostinis.
Exclusive to Turf Terrace diners, an elevated menu of signature dishes awaits and includes: Char Grilled Short Ribs, served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, broccolini, and red wine reduction; Maryland Lump Crab Dip is rich, hot, and cheesy with an Old Bay Crab Dip kick, topped with buttery crumbs and served with assorted crackers. In addition, the Bocconcini Tomato & Cucumber Salad features basil-marinated mozzarella bocconcini, cherry tomatoes, and English cucumbers drizzled with a balsamic glaze.
Highlighted by the 156th renewal of the Grade 1, $1.25 million DraftKings Travers on August 23 and the Grade 1, $1 million Whitney on August 2, the 40-day summer meet will offer 18 Grade 1 races as part of 64 stakes worth more than $20 million in total purses.
Following the four-day opening week, racing will be conducted five days a week, Wednesdays through Sundays, apart from closing week, when the 2025 summer meet will conclude on Labor Day.
