September 6, 2020

Saturday September 5, 2020, Kempton Park (London). – By winning the September Stakes (Gr3) this afternoon by seven lengths over the 2,400 meters of the Kempton sand track, Enable (Nathaniel) brilliantly confirms his participation in the next Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe (Gr1 ) to ParisLongchamp, 99 th edition of the richest race in Europe. The pupil of Saudi owner Khalid Abdullah will try to win the great French race for the third time, a feat never achieved in the hundred years of Arc history.

She has already won this race in 2018, before her second triumph in the race, the first at ParisLongchamp because she had first won at Chantilly in 2017. Trained by John Gosden and as always associated with Lanfranco Dettori, Enable was beaten l last year by the only Waldgeist, since retired.

The last thoroughbred to attempt the hat-trick was Trève, who finished fourth in his third Arc participation in 2015, while Enable, born in 2014, would soon be returning to training for the first time …

Since then, the English champion has won the trifle of fifteen successes out of eighteen outings, including eleven Groups 1, among which were notably the Oaks of Epsom and Ireland, three times the King George at Ascot – single triplet – and once the Breeder’sCup Turf (Gr1) …

It now has more than twelve million of gains will probably be among the favorites of the 99 th edition of the Qatar Arc de Triomphe Prize (Gr1), Sunday, October 4 at ParisLongchamp.
