OZONE PARK, N.Y. – Sunday’s card at Belmont at the Big A will be bolstered by a Pick 6 carryover of $65,367 after the multi-race wager went unsolved on Saturday’s 12-race program.

The $1 Pick 6 returned $1,977.94 to bettors who selected 5-of-6 winners correctly.

The sequence kicked off in Race 7 as Napoleon Solo [No. 8, $15.94] impressed with a 6 1/2-length victory under Hall of Famer Joel Rosario in the Grade 1, $500,000 Champagne for trainer Chad Summers, earning him a “Win and You’re In” berth into the Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile at Del Mar.

The upsets continued in Race 8 as Ground Support [No. 3, $26.86] punched her ticket to the Grade 1 Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf with a pacesetting score in the Grade 2, $200,000 Miss Grillo with Adam Beschizza up for trainer Kelsey Danner.

Race 9 saw the Mike Maker-trained Alder [No. 2, $14.32] capture a six-furlong outer turf optional claimer under Ricardo Santana, Jr., one race before jockey Manny Franco earned his fourth win on the card atop the odds-on favorite My World [No. 8, $3.94*] in Race 10, a six-furlong maiden, for dual Eclipse Award-winning trainer Brad Cox.

In Race 11, the Reylu Gutierrez-piloted Starship Titan [No. 11, $80.44] held onto victory as the second longest shot on the board to take a 1 1/16-mile inner turf allowance for conditioner Michelle Nevin.

With just one horse covered heading into the Race 12 finale, Peak Hype [No. 11, $7.44] triggered the carryover when pouncing to victory under Santana, Jr. in the 1 1/16-mile outer turf allowance for five-time Eclipse Award-winning trainer Chad Brown.

Sunday’s sequence kicks off in Race 4 at approximately 2:31 p.m. Eastern and includes the Grade 3, $175,000 Waya in Race 6. First post for the nine-race card is 1:10 p.m.
