Awaits Horseplayers Thursday To Kick Off A 4-Day Race Week At Santa Anita Park

ARCADIA, Calif.—There is a Pick Six carryover of $60,769 awaiting horseplayers on a special Thursday card at Santa Anita. The total pool is estimated to approach $500,000.
The carryover was triggered in Sunday’s 10th and final race when Bee Eye Gee won under Joe Talamo for trainer Brian Koriner and paid $19.60. The consolation payout Sunday for tickets with five winners was $3,720.60.
The winning horses in Sunday’s Pick Six starting with the fourth race were #1 Petit Filet ($9.00), #11 Pace Lane ($19.60), #5 Tom Horn ($8.20), #5 Calm Sea ($22.40), #3 Parenting ($3.60) and #1 Bee Eye Gee ($19.60).
With a nine-race card Thursday, the $1 Pick Six starts with the fourth race at 2:37 p.m. PT. First post is 1 p.m. with admission gates opening at 11 a.m. Admission and parking is free. Santa Anita is also offering $3 beers and $5 margaritas for on-track patrons.
