More Ray racetrack tales and more Pancho

Welcome back to Past the Wire TV. We thought we were moving on but Ray had some more thoughts to share on Frank Pancho Martin. He also received some feedback and thoughts from others on Pancho. Obviously Pancho touched may people’s lives on the racetrack.

Maybe we’ll get a race named for him on the NYRA circuit. We know there should be one.
