Throughout its history, America has proven to be a land of opportunity for immigrants around the world who have come here and carved out a name for themselves through hard work and discipline. As an example, the game of thoroughbred racing has been enriched by contributions from many Hispanic jockeys. Below are (in my opinion) the top 15 Hispanic jockeys of all time listed by their place of birth. To qualify for this list a jockey must either be retired, or if active, be over 30 years old.
