Remington Park interpreted no rule to be a rule in their favor and didn’t pay the pick 6 jackpot to the bettor with the only winning ticket, with two winning wagers on it thanks to a dead heat. Two low fives, one for the self serving interpretation and one for not having it in the rules…..clear whose side Remington is on.
