High Five / Low Five
Low Five!
A Big Low Five here to the Three Blind Mice, ahem we mean the Fonner Park stewards, Fonner CEO Chris Kotoluk, and even Steve Byk who had Kotoluk on his show to talk about “the DQ”. If you don’t think that was a really bad DQ for more than one reason, we can’t help you…… One of the worst. Condolences to those who had the 7, you were robbed without a gun.
High Five!

High Five!
High Five Florent Geroux. Florent took the Fair Grounds Oaks with a late rally from far back on Bonny South. Geroux came right back to take the Louisiana Derby going wire to wire on Wells bayou. Nice riding. Brad Cox trained both winners.
High Five!
High Five Oaklawn Park, Gulfstream Park, Fair Grounds, Santa Anita and all the other tracks trying to run while also trying to keep things safe and somewhat normal in times that are anything but. We may not all agree on running or not, and a lot of other details but at least most tracks are trying to cope and deal with the state if affairs and navigate uncharted waters as best they can.
