High Five!
HIGH FIVE Peter Walder! Three wins today at Gulfstream, one yesterday, that’s 4 wins in two days!
Low Five!
Big Low Five to Australian jockey Chris Mclver. He was suspended for a year for kicking a horse twice. No excuse or room for this in the sport. This is his second incident. He has a previous 7 month ban for being seen in a video hitting a horse, Absolute Bonanza in the head with a whip. That suspension only ended in November. We’d have banned him for life.
High Five!
HIGH FIVE to the new California Jockey and Agent connections. Gary Stevens booking mounts for Drayden Van Dyke, Brad Pegram adds Flavien Prat after parting ways with Drayden, but also keeps Mike Smith. May Derek Lawson who handled Prat previously bounce back strong as well. He did a fine job.
