Fasig-Tipton Release
LEXINGTON, Ky.—Sensitively, the dam of undefeated two-year-old filly Non Compliant, is the latest supplement to Fasig-Tipton’s blockbuster November Sale catalogue. She is catalogued as hip 309 and will be consigned by Legacy Bloodstock, agent.
Following a debut win at Del Mar going six furlongs, Non Compliant stretched out around two-turns to easily win Santa Anita’s Oak Leaf S. (G2) on October 5. She defeated a deep field that included Sorrento S. (G3) winner Nooni and Del Mar Debutante (G1) winner Tenma.
Bob Baffert trains the two-year-old daughter of Tiz the Law. Her next anticipated start is the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies (G1) at Del Mar, the track over which she won her debut this summer.
Sensitively, a graded stakes placed daughter of Street Sense, is a multiple winner producer. She is offered in foal to Eclipse Champion and Travers S. (G1) winner Epicenter, whose first foals arrived this year.
“Non Compliant is an undefeated two-year-old filly that has a spectacularly bright future,” said consignor Tommy Eastham of Legacy Bloodstock. “We are excited to offer her dam at Fasig-Tipton’s marquee November Sale, hopefully on the heels of a strong performance in the Breeders’ Cup.”
The Fasig-Tipton November Sale will take place on Monday, November 4 in Lexington, Kentucky.
