Champion horse trainer, and the current leading trainer at the Saratoga racing meet, Chad Brown has been charged in Saratoga with obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. The arrest followed an incident where Chad was staying.
Little is known about the incident. In court Chad’s attorney reportedly told the Judge the incident followed a women breaking into the residence and Chad defending himself. It is alleged a women was choked and thrown down stairs and out of an apartment.
Chad has had a storied career training racehorses after serving as the late Bobby Frankel’s assistant. He quickly rose to the top of his profession and established himself as one of the best trainers in the world. Chad has three possibilities for the premier race at the Saratoga meet, The Travers later this month.
