Maryland-bred Mindframe won the Churchill Downs Stakes (G1) on Kentucky Derby Day in a 4-horse photo finish under Irad Ortiz, Jr. for owners Repole Stable and St. Elias Stables and trainer Todd Pletcher.
The Constitution colt now faces Hit Show (Dubai World Cup G1), Sierra Leone (BC Classic G1), Mystik Dan (Blame G3), First Mission (Oaklawn H.) G2, Skippylongstocking (Hollywood Gold Cup G2) and Ashcroft (under the training barn of D. Wayne Lukas) in the Grade 1, Stephen Foster Saturday at Churchill Downs.
