Arrogate and Gun Runner will square off again in the 2017 Breeders’ Cup Classic.
They have faced each other twice previously, in the Travers, and in the Dubai World Cup with Arrogate taking both impressively, the latter after a slow start.
Things look different on the surface for this one though, as Gun Runner enters on a nice streak of easy and dominating Grade 1 wins, while Arrogate is coming off two surprising losses.
The Classic shapes up to be a heck of a horse race, and has more possibilities than just the top two names.
