Omaha Beach By A Nose In The Santa Anita Sprint Championship Stakes

Arcadia, CA- Shancelot ridden by Emisael Jaramillo gunned right out of the gate and set the early fractions with a zippy quarter in 21.8 controlling the pace the entire way. Omaha Beach under Mike Smith slipped in behind him in the stretch to overtake Shancelot on the inside by a head at the wire.
