To Book 1 of September Yearling Sale

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Keeneland has announced that a colt by Justify who is a half-brother to Grade 3 winner and multiple Grade 1-placed Clearly Unhinged has been supplemented to Book 1 of the September Yearling Sale, which begins Sept. 9.

Consigned by Thorostock, agent, as Hip 372, the colt is scheduled to sell Sept. 10 during the second session of the auction. He is out of the Smart Strike mare Smart Win, a daughter of Grade 3 winner Win McCool, and from the family of Grade 1 winners Magnum Moon, Harmony Lodge and Pinehurst; Grade 2 winners Diligence, Graeme Hall and Sparky Ville; and additional Grade 3 winners Win Crafty Lady, Stratford Hill, We the People, First Passage and Berned.

A total of 4,407 horses have been cataloged to the 12 sessions of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale, internationally recognized as a source of Thoroughbreds who excel in the sport’s most important races.
